Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Celestia Realms mobile application (the "Service") operated by 4betshove ("us", "we", or "our").
1.1. You must be at least 7 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you warrant that you are at least 7 years of age.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.
1.3. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
2.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 4betshove and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Belgium and foreign countries.
2.2. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of 4betshove.
3.1. The Service may include virtual, in-game currency ("Virtual Currency") and virtual in-game items ("Virtual Items") that may be purchased for real money or earned through gameplay.
3.2. You do not own Virtual Currency or Virtual Items but instead you purchase a limited right to use them within the Service.
3.3. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services.
3.4. We reserve the right to manage, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Items at our sole discretion.
You agree not to use the Service to:
5.1. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy.
5.2. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
6.2. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
7.1. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
8.1. In no event shall 4betshove, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
9.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9.2. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Belgium, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of [Relevant Arbitration Organization] then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.
10.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
10.2. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
